About VitaMamma

VitaMamma makes printable planners and simple, free tools for people who are expecting a baby. It’s a small, independent site.

What we publish

• Calculators that do date and calendar math, such as converting pregnancy weeks to months. They run in your browser and don’t store what you type.
• Printables: journals, planners, checklists and party games, designed and tested in US Letter and A4.
• Guides on planning topics like registries and gender reveal parties.

How we handle health information

We aren’t a medical provider, and nothing here replaces advice from your doctor or midwife. When a page states a health fact, such as when the third trimester starts or when a screening test is usually done, it links to the source: organizations like ACOG, the CDC, the NIH and the American Academy of Pediatrics, or major hospital systems. We don’t write about symptoms, diagnoses or treatment.

What we don’t do

• No fake reviews or testimonials. Product pages describe what’s in each file and show real pages from it.
• No paid placements in our guides.
